"The Community of Choice"

American Red Cross provided immediate assistance to the victims of the Carthage Fire. To date, they have spent approx. $45,000 on vouchers to the clients, this includes: food, clothing, (American Legion provided hot meals for 3 days to clients and emergency service workers), beds, 1^st months rent, security deposits, beds, dinette sets, blankets, sheets, towels, special needs.
